Good Morning!

Things are heating up here in Southern California. Temperatures in the 80’s and above most of the week.

I LOVE IT!

But don’t let the sunshine fool you into acting like we are heading into a summer slow down.

In fact, we are eleven weeks into the new year and I’m hearing from many of you that you are not taking action on what you intended to (promised yourself or set new year, new you goals). EEK!

THIS was the year for you to… fill in the dot dot dot.

Well, I’m here to say, “You’re not behind and you’re not too late.”

Let’s JOLT this stinkin’ thinkin’ to the curb!

This year is going by so fast

I feel like I’m not as far ahead as I would like

I feel like I’m not taking enough action

I feel a little defeated

I feel a little behind

I feel like I may be losing ground

Ugh

I don’t like this feeling

I’m going to nip this in the bud

I’m going to catch this negative thinking

I am going to shift it around

I am going to focus on the feeling I like

I like feeling that I’m on track

I like feeling that I’m moving forward

I like feeling that I AM taking some action

I like knowing that it’s not too late

I like knowing that anything can change in a moment

I know if I keep my eye on the end goal I will see it

I like the feeling of knowing that I can change my thoughts

Yes, I like being in control of my feelings and thoughts

I like this feeling already

I am feeling better now

I am feeling lighter now

I am feeling calmer now

Taking a few deep breaths

I’ve got this!
