Welcome to Quarter 2!

Well, that was fast.Time is flying by.It’s going to go by whether you take action towards your dreams and goalsor not.

So let’s get you into taking the action that actually feels good and moves the needle in your life and business towards your desires.

Last week I wrote about being stuck.

That is the #1 thing I hear (mostly women) say. Not always in those exact words.

Sometimes it sounds like:

Fear.

Overthinking.

Procrastinating.

Comparing.

Worry.

And…drum roll…”Trying to figure it out.”

(That’s a big one.)

Well, stop it!

Your brain likes to keep you safe.

So it will remind you that the new action you are “trying” to take feels the opposite of safe.

Then it helps you feel comfortable being uncomfortable.

And then here come all the things you have programmed.

I don’t feel like it

I’m not ready

I need to do more research

I’ll wait for the right time

I don’t know what to do

I’ll wait until I figure it out

And somehow, you're still stuck!

Let’s JOLT these disempowering thoughts!

I can take a break

I can take a break and unplug and be ok

I can give myself a break and then take action

I know when I feel good first then take action

Then I get some traction

It’s not about the grind or figuring it all out myself

It’s not about pushing through

It’s not about doing more

It’s about being in alignment with my actions

My words are important

My words have power

I’m going to notice what I’m saying more often

I am taking time for myself

I am taking a break (JOY BREAK) first

I feel better now

I feel like taking that first step

I feel like it’s ok to just take one step at a time

I know if I continue to feel good, take one step, the next one will be easier.

I like feeling at ease

I like feeling more calm

I like the feeling of unplugging first then taking action

I am now making this my new mantra

Feel good first, then take action

Feel good first, then take action.

Ah… feels good, doesn’t it?
