Merry Christmas week
I’ve always been a pretty positive person.
Or so I thought…
Back about 30 years ago, I started my direct sales business and turned into my worst critic.
I like to joke a lot. So I thought I was being funny when I put myself down. 🙄
I would say things like, “I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed,” “What a loser,” and make other disempowering statements.
In fact, my director had me drive 45 minutes in a blizzard to meet her so she could tell me how negative I was! The nerve of her!!!😊
Little did I know all the lies I was telling myself informed my subconscious mind of who I believed I was; so it keptshowing mewho I was!!
Don’t be “a Julie”.
Talk to yourself with positive expectations.
Inform your subconscious of your future desired outcome.
You’ve already programmed it for what you don’t want…
Now the “work” is in the repetitive reprogramming.
Simple, but not easy unless you are committed to making a change.

I’m being more conscious of what I’m saying to myself
I’m being more intentional with only saying positive things
Even when things don’t go as planned I am choosing good thoughts
I can always shift to a positive feeling
I am catching myself more easily now
I like how I don’t stay in a negative place too long
I like knowing that I really can control my thoughts and words
I like being in charge of them
I feel like I’m changing
I feel like I’m shifting
I feel like I’m lighter
I feel happier
I am doing this
I am doing this
I am doing this NOW!
Yes I am!!
