
I Feel Good

Hello beautiful,
Last week’s brunch launch of The Joyful Momentum Collective (TJMC) was magical.
I’ve shared a few pictures below.
I asked the attendees to pay attention to some of the questions they ask themselves; many times on autopilot.
Then we took some of the less empowering ones and shifted them to what they really would love to see come true?
"What if I make the wrong choice?"
"Do I need another certification or take another course?"
"Why is this so hard?"
"I know this stuff, why is it not working?"
Add your own favorite.
Then I shared a few new reframes or mind shifts to substitute:
“What if the one and only problem I seem to have is that my life can't possibly be any more perfect than it is right now?" 🤯
That is one BIG #LBM (💡Light bulb moment). I would print that out and put it where I could see it all the time.
Consider “Where do I usually lose momentum?”
instead of, “Why don’t I ever finish anything I start?”
That is a very different question.
It moves you out of judgment and into awareness.
You may also ask: "Who do I needto beto make this normal for me?
There are so many more empowering and elevating
questions you can ask yourself.
