If you are part of my eWomenNetwork Community, you may have attended our local Success Summit last week.

So much planning and coordination goes into crafting a successful event with 100 people. The menu, the decor, the timing of it all; not to mention filling the room. Not just filling seats, but with the right people.

I’m going to do something that I encourage my clients to do…CELEBRATE the wins!

Here are just a few of the messages I received from the attendees:

It’s so important not to discount something as “just normal” because it’s in your wheelhouse of gifts and talents.

I am here to remind you to celebrate every little win, every compliment, even if it's for something that comes naturally to you.

Because when you celebrate, you are living in the energy of gratitude. And gratitude is the key to every thing you desire.
