Bring The Joy Back 3.9.26

Hello beautiful
Last week I was at an event and I was told, “You can’t sell JOY; no one will pay you for that.”
That set off a series of jokes and chuckles throughout the event every time someone used that word.
AND it kept coming up~ over and over again!
Hmmm… there may be something to this JOY thing!😊
I think you CAN sell joy!
Did you start your business for it NOT to bring you and others JOY? I think not!
But many of us still got caught up in the weeds and then it starts to feel like a job vs a business.
Let’s bring the JOY back to your business and your daily tasks.
Read your JOLT and then enJOY the meter I’ve created for you at the end.

⚡️[JJJ] Julie's Joyful JOLT⚡️
Today, I needed a little boost
Oh, I’m so glad I have this JOLT
This is just what I needed
Sometimes, it feels lonely being a CEO
Sometimes, I feel like I’m doing it all myself
Sometimes, I feel like I’ll never get to the end result
So now I can take a deep breath
I can take a few slow, deep breaths
I can recalibrate
I can choose to feel empowered
I can choose to shift how I am feeling
I am in control of how my day goes
I am the one setting the Joy Meter today
I am choosing to have a great day
I am choosing to feel good today
I am choosing to focus on what is working
I am choosing not to second-guess myself
I am choosing to feel good first, then take action
I am choosing to feel equipped and empowered
Yes, that feels really good
That feels good
I feel good
I feel good
I feel good
